PAYMENT
Payment is accepted by most major credit or debit cards VIA paypal. We also accept payment by cheque or postal order. If paying by postal order please be sure that it is UNCROSSED. If paying by cheque or crossed postal order please allow 7 days after receipt for it to clear.

Please note that if you choose not to pay online, we must receive your payment within 7 days of placing your order, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel it. We regret that we are unable to offer credit under any circumstances; no orders will be posted until they have been paid in full and funds cleared.
VAT
Our annual turnover has not currently reach the threshold that would require us to charge you VAT. Therefore all prices shown on the website are the price you will pay, no VAT will be added.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Please be sure to choose the correct postal method for your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order choosing the incorrect postal method. All orders choosing the incorrect postal method will have 5% deducted from the refund to cover processing charges.
RETURNS
We take great care to ensure that your goods reach you promptly and in excellent condition, however there are times when this does not happen. Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of intrusive jewellery, unless there is a manufacturer's fault, in which case, please email us before returning goods. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please be sure to check your order carefully as soon as you receive it. We cannot be held responsible for damaged, faulty or missing items after the agreed time limit.
Customers MUST contact us in advance to arrange return of items.
Please send the item(s) back in secured protective packaging and get proof of posting. Your return postage will be refunded for damaged or faulty items only.
If we have sent you the wrong size/item
If in the unlikely event we have sent you the wrong size or wrong item then the jewellery will need to be sent back to me within 7 days from receipt. A replacement is not dispatched until I receive the incorrect item.
Please send the item(s) back in secured protective packaging, get proof of posting and provide receipt for postage, return postage will be refunded.
**Please note that items are replaced like for like and are only dispatched when I receive the original item(s) back**
Any item(s) sent back to us and has not been received by us will not be refunded or replaced.
Why? To avoid fraudulent claims and because you haven't followed the terms and conditions of which we have clearly enforced.
(Please be assured that any items returned to me are NEVER resold due to hygiene reasons and are ALWAYS discarded)
We have had to enforce the above conditions to prevent fraudulent claims. I apologise if this causes genuine customers any inconvenience or offence.
• We do not accept returns for any other reason except for the above.
• We will not exchange any damaged jewellery through misuse or improper care.
• We will not replace any jewellery if you have ordered the wrong size, or if you change your mind. All the item details can be found in the description, if you are unsure of anything or require more info about a specific item then you must email me.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the description correctly as no refunds/exchanges are given for errors made by yourself.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
Customers ordering jewellery must be at least 18 years of age
All customers will be responsible for complying with their country's importation laws and taxes (if applicable), and all goods are shipped at your own risk.
We carry a large stock of items, but on occasion, if an item or colour of item is out of stock we will email you before dispatching.
Prices, and images are subject to change without notice.
Miss Shimmer is not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors.
missshimmer.co.uk, nor any intermediary agency, shall be held liable regarding any legal action resulting in discrepancies made from the purchase or complications following the use of the products purchased.
We reserve the right to refuse any order, which is not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions stated above.
